This stock changes color depending on the angle it is held due to its shimmering metallic surface. This is awesome!! but little thiner than I expected.

Silver Foil works very well.

One of his eye was blue because of my mistake. I set the color as C 0% M 0% Y 0% K 100% it looked black same as other black on computer screen though. I wanted to make it as black as pitch, I should have set the color as ALL 100%.

猫の目が青くなったのはCMYを０％にしてしまったからで、液晶上じゃ違いは分からないけど印刷時には異なるので今後は気をつけなきゃ。

These are my thumbnails and working progresses In class.

First project was Designing 5 characters inspired by the names. Girly Girl, Monty the Monkey, Japanese Cowboy, Couch Potato and Original one. This assignment was the first work for me to draw using illustrator. It didn't go very much well and has taken time very much...

9月に授業で描いたものをいくつか紹介します。

まずはテーマに沿ったキャラクターを描く課題でしたが、初めてのパソコンを使って描く作業でとても苦戦しました。 女の子に関してはレイヤーが滅茶苦茶になってしまい、20時間以上かかりました。

I thought that I should learn basic drawing skill, light and shadow.

もっと陰影の付け方と、絵の基本を勉強した方が良いと強く実感しました。
